As a luxury concierge service, the fulfilment of our contractual obligations may require us to share certain personal data with carefully selected third-party service providers. Such disclosure is strictly limited to what is necessary for the provision of the requested service.

We only work with reputable third-party providers who are contractually obligated to handle your personal data with the same standard of confidentiality and security that we apply. Where required, we enter into data processing agreements pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
4.4 International Transfers
If the fulfilment of a service requires the transfer of data to a service provider outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we ensure an adequate level of data protection through appropriate safeguards (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses, Art. 46 GDPR). 5. Retention Periods and Erasure
5.1 No Contract Concluded
If no contract is concluded, your personal data will be deleted promptly upon the conclusion of the pre-contractual communication, unless you have separately consented to a longer retention period.
5.2 Upon Conclusion of a Contract
In the event that a contract is concluded, we retain your personal data for a period of three (3) years from the end of the contractual relationship. This retention period is based on applicable statutory limitation and retention periods (in particular Sections 195, 199 of the German Civil Code (BGB)).
5.3 Consent to Extended Retention
Where you have consented to a retention period beyond those described above, data will be stored in accordance with the scope of that consent. You may withdraw such consent at any time with effect for the future.
